It is the largest independent onboard navigation software provider in China.While occupying the domestic auto market of its own brand, the company has continuously penetrated into joint venture brands and established cooperative relations with high-end brands such as Volkswagen and Toyota.

MXNavi has acquired series of industry qualifications including ISO9001:2008, CMMIL level3,Internet Information Service Telecom Value-added Service Operation Permission, Survey-mapping Qualification of Grade A. MXNavi has also obtained many certifications like National High-tech Enterprise, National Software Enterprise, Shenyang Enterprise Technical Center Certification, National AAA Credit Enterprise Certification,etc. MXNavi is the active member of international cutting-edge technology associations,such as NDS,GENIVI and ADASIS.

As the results of long-term accumulation and huge R&D investment, MXNavi expands its strong position in map incremental update technology,3D DR algorithm, map compilation, IVI interactive UI, intelligent voice interactive routine, real 3D map, APP link, AR navigation, telematics platform, vehicle system software, as well as promoting the development of technical innovation in auto industry.

Based on the market advantages of vehicle navigation and location-based service, MXNavi invests in heavily in the R&D of ICV technology such as lane positioning, E-horizon, visual recognition fusion, vehicle sensor fusion, HAD navigation, online map compilation,V2X positioning, car data exchange, scenario-based travel services, big data analysis and so on, and built the first urban intelligent parking platform in China. Tencent has rich ecological resources on the Internet and has a "all-user" social platform like WeChat. It can seamlessly graft the ecological content mastered by mass copyright music, videos, news and the like into the on-board service system in the vehicle networking, and has rich experience in grasping the user's preferences, needs and product perfection. Tencent's WeChat car networking solution currently under development has platforms in the fields of security, content, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other fields, and its leading technical capabilities in the automotive intelligent network will also form a complementary overall service open system with its partners. The cooperation between the two sides can be described as a model of sharing resources and complementing each other. 

GS capital contacted MXNavi as early as the beginning of 2015. When the development of MXNavi was not so clear, it became the shareholder of MXNavi without hesitation because of its professional and scarce value. Since then, the growth of MXNavi also confirmed GS's foresight. 

Three years later, mxnavi successfully introduced Tencent's strategic investment, and GS also completed its historical mission. It is believed that mxnavi, with the help of Tencent, iFLYTEK and other shareholders, will continue to innovate and accumulate in the field of Internet of vehicles.
