On the last weekend of October, all employees of GS Capital still kept full of energy and devoted themselves to the  training and learning of financial due diligence.

Financial due diligence can not only analyze the profitability and cash flow of the enterprise, predict the future prospects of the enterprise, but also understand the real situation of assets and liabilities, internal control and operation management, which is an indispensable basis for investment and integration scheme design, transaction negotiation and investment decision-making, and can effectively help investors to judge whether the investment conforms to the strategic objectives and investment principles. 

This training was conducted by Shen Jie, head of GS Capital risk control. The training gave a wonderful explanation from the key points of IPO listing review to the contents, methods and precautions of IPO financial due diligence. Through the problems encountered in the IPO due diligence process and financial fraud cases, the training held in-depth discussions with everyone.
