Abstract: the right time for valuation has  passed,untill now ,Gu still believes that the valuation of capital market has not returned to rational line. as to what is the point in time, she did not give a clear answer, "when a number of investment institutions fall,  the amount of funds in the market will decrease accordingly, and the valuation will naturally return to value line, which is the real time for M&A in the domestic secondary market."
